SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are lovingly made to order and prepared especially for you.

Christmas notice: Orders placed now will be dispatched from 3 January.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be prepared before dispatch. Once ready, your order will be shipped according to the delivery option selected at checkout.

Successfully placed orders should receive an order confirmation email with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at info@matarijewellery.com.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to any errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We process orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

NOTE that shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and duties which vary depending on your location. Please ensure that you check your individual country's customs and import taxes information so that you do not receive any unexpected charges. We are responsible for the shipment from the UK to your destination, but are not responsible for any charges applied when received.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Clearance and customs procedures can sometimes delay delivery beyond the estimated time we provide above. It is very difficult for us to speed up the process at this stage as it is determined by the customs department in the importing country.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your jewellery and we will do what we can to ensure that. We will offer free repairs for items up to 6 months after purchase and offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery. Due to the time-consuming nature of handmade items, as well as hygiene issues regarding earrings, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items after 14 days that are not faulty or within their original packaging. Please note that outside of these windows all sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, firstly we apologise! Please email us as soon as possible at info@matarijewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution. In the event of a repair or a return within 14 days of purchase, we will send you a returns label free of charge to your email address and give instructions on where to drop your parcel off.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. When your item is shipping you will be notified.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@matarijewellery..com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We will do our absolute best to ensure that you receive your jewellery as speedily and safely as we can. As we are a small and new business that handcrafts all your items, please allow for up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Can I return my item/s?

Yes. Please contact us ASAP at info@matarijewellery.com. In the event of a repair or a return within 14 days of purchase, we will send you a returns label free of charge to your email address and give instructions on where to drop your parcel off.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.

How will my order be shipped?

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our

UK orders over £100 and International orders over £150 are FREE.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
